I am trying to book a groupon that expires soon and there is only 1 class available? Are there going to be any more additions or will my daughter not be able to attend her four classes?
That maybe because you are going thru the groupon site. It only allows you to book one. There are a approx 20 days/times open when I look at the calendar.

Best thing is to use the online booking calendar, choose GroupOn lesson. To book two kids, you have to sign each child up. You can give me a call in the office this week if you like. 604.462.7455. Also, can you refresh my memory as to when and with what service the kids did this summer?

Hello, I have a groupon for four group riding lessons, and 2 girls. Are the time frames shown for 1 person or can I book a time slot for the 2 of them, not clear how the online booking works? I’ve read the groupon doesn’t work until the 26th. I’ll book after that.
The time slot is for one perosn but you can book more than one person in a time slot.

Hi, I have bought a coupon $25 for 2 Sixty-Minute Introductory Horseback Riding Lessons from Hylee Training, its expiry date is Oct 12, 2012. However, I have checked your booking schedule, all is full on September and October. Then, what can I do?
Our ring is currently closed for the building of our indoor riding arena until October 1st. We will extend any vouchers that expire close to that to Dec 31, 2012.

I accidently booked Thursday September 6th at 7:00 pm for Kassidy and Kiana Kelly instead of the Friday. I rebooked the Friday and I did hit cancel for the lesson but on my computer it didn’t cancel. I just wanted to let you know that I don’t want that date as my daughters attend another program on Thursdays. Also should I be booking with the same instructor all the time? I have two kids, if I booked two private lessons, could they do it at the same time but separately with different coaches?
For semi-private lessons, that’s means one coach to two kids, right? I have two coupons which equivalent to 4 sixty minute, does it mean I could book 4 visits for my two kids if they enrolled the semi-private lessons?

There is always only one coach in the ring at a time. So two private lessons wold require two spots. Yes Semi Private is one coach two kids. No depending on what voucher you have, which I believe is for two semi private lessons, which gives you two sessions for each child. You would only get two sessions. You don’t get extra sessions just because both children ride – sorry:)
