Flashy is now in full time training as we prepare to sell her. She should be coming up for sale in the next 30 – 60 days. Attached are some updated photos taken of her today. I will soon have some under saddle pictures.

Well Vinnie and I made it through. Thanks to everyone for coming and supporting us.
We came home with 2 Second Place ribbons and 2 Third place ribbons. Not bad for a horse who has never been to a show before and has only jumped half a dozen times. Below are some photos:

I will be at DRC Sunday morning and my classes are starting at 9am . For all those who would like to come and watch. It being Vinnie’s first show, it could be entertaining! We are not quite sure how he will react.!

Vinnie and I will hopefully be attending th DRC Show on the 13th. As far as I know there will be no lesson changes as our classes are first thing in the Am. Vinnie will be working all this week and next to prepare for the show.

Gunner and I have been getting alot of work this past week. Although I amnot quite sure how I found the time. We worked on our walk and trot and also some lunge line work. As Gunner seems to love to see me pulled around the ring.

Gunner has been comming along very well. Currently he needs a little work on his muscle tone especially along his back as well as some manners. He is now stretching his head down during lunging and while walking. Next week I will up the ante and start doing lunging for 20 mins, walk 20 minutes [...]
Today I had to cancel all lessons due to the fact that our ring was a swamp. I have never seen it so bad. I guess it should have been expected considering there was flooding reports from all over the Lower Mainland. Hopefully all lessons will be back on schedule for next Saturday.
