What are your operating hours?

We are generally open Monday – Sunday 9am – 9pm. We are currently closed on Wednesdays.

I’ve got some experience. Can I still ride with you?

Most definitely. If you have previously competed and are looking to get back into it, please book your lesson directly with Alicia.

What should I bring to my lesson?

All riders must wear long pants and boots with a 1/2″ heel. Rubber boots and hiking boots are allowed as long as they have a 1/2″ heel. Riders who come to a lesson without this attire will be sent home. Helmets are provided.

I’m rather large. Can you accommodate me?

To participate in horseback riding you must be some what physically fit. At this time we do have a weight restriction of 250 lbs.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 Hours notice is required to cancel a lesson. If a lesson is not cancelled and is simply missed it cannot be re-booked. If we are not notified of why you did not show up to your scheduled lesson time you can guarantee that all subsequent lessons will be cancelled.

If you are late for your lesson then that time will be taken out of your lesson. Lessons take the full hour and we cannot delay all the lessons after yours so please ensure you have ample time to get to our facility. For your first visit, please be sure to allow time to fill out the waiver form.

Do you accommodate riders with disabilities?

We most certainly do, autism is a disability we cater to quite often. To discuss your disability specifically please contact us. Because lessons with disabilities require special care, please book your lesson directly with Alicia.
