I took both Fuzz and Vinnie to the Hunter/Jumper show and Fuzz decided she was going to be a brat and break into canter from trot and a whole bunch of silly things. And on top of that I was off course on one of my hunter courses.
We still managed to do OK.
Fuzz received:
6th in 2’3″ Hunter Hack
2nd in 2’6″ Hunt Seat Equitation
3rd in 2’6″ Hunter Hack
5th in 2’3″ Hunt Seat Equitation
6th in 2’3″ Hunter Under Saddle
Vinnie on the other hand was a very good boy. Having been my first time in the jumper ring I was very nervous. We didn’t worry too much about our time – just getting over the fences mostly. He placed 5th in 2″3″ jumper, 2’6″ Jumper and 2’9″ Jumper out of his 3 classes. I was very impressed with him as some other horses had refused some of the fences before us and he didn’t he just went.
